Our chambers, Kanzlei Schlösser & Schoberl, are located in Graz, Austria´s second city.
In addition to our chambers in Graz, we also have branch chambers in Vienna.
We represent clients from the whole of Austria and in all Austrian courts and authorities.
We advise companies and private individuals with their legal problems, and always seek to involve their trade association or chamber of commerce in Austria in solving the problem.
Our consultancy services encompass many different specialist areas, in particular company law (e.g. setting up companies, drawing up contracts for property purchases, recovering debts from defaulting contractual partners) as well as providing representation in transport and customs duty matters, traffic law matters and road accidents. We also offer assistance when problems arise from unfair competition, and also in cases of bankruptcy affecting a contractual partner.
We are a member of Eurojuris International, a Europe-wide co-operative of lawyers with headquarters in Brussels.
Our out-of-court work extends as far as the new European Union applicants, close to Austria´s border, in particular Slovenia and Croatia.
